Kforce has partnered with a client to staff numerous call center representatives supporting Florida residents. Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming service calls and/or to self-service ticketing queues on behalf of clients to provide accurate and appropriate information
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize end-user issues to ensure that inquiries are successfully resolved
- Candidates will be primarily working from a script to process client information
- Handle calls, assist in eligibility questions, and assist caller to complete forms
- Troubleshoot issues
Requirements
- Bilingual (Spanish or Creole) candidates preferred
- Applicants must be fully authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Attention to detail and able to submit information accurately
- Must have access to a computer and Internet connectivity
- Able to complete an on-line customer service training prior to taking calls
- Temporary position; Longevity of position depends on call center demand
- Flexible schedule: Call Center operation is 7 days/week, 365 days/year (Mon – Fri 7:00am – 7:00pm ET and Sat – Sun 7:30am-5:00pm ET)
- Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
