Requirements

Requires a high school diploma, GED, peak call center experience or business experience which reflects an intense seasonality, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

Excellent communication and listening skills and the ability to emphasize with our customers.

Successfully maintaining the energy and initiative required to meet the demands of a very short and intense "season"

Utilizing the telephone in customer contact

Ability to stay positive under sometimes stressful conditions

Must have knowledge of personal computers and basic math and business operations

Seasonal positions start in October- through December with the possibility of overtime

WORKING REMOTE, 8:30 AM - 5 PM, Extended hours and Saturdays may be required

The expected salary range for this position is $15.00 hourly. The actual compensation will be determined by experience and other factors permitted by the law.

Work queues related to orders not shipping

Some outbound calls to customers may be required

This position will work closely with CS Supervisor and Department Manager to prioritize and complete work daily.
