Responsibilities Include:
- Acquiring an in-depth understanding of the Authority Accelerator program, ensuring comprehensive knowledge of its framework, strategies, and methodology to effectively support clients and contribute to the program’s success.
- Confident in facilitating weekly live support business clinics and onboarding calls to clients via webinars and virtual platforms.
- Providing direct, clear, and supportive communication to our clients.
- Moderating and managing our private online community.
- Capturing and documenting client successes.
- Offering resources to help clients stay on track and succeed.
- Collaborating with the team to improve client conversion and engagement.
